So, its been a while since my last post...life has been just a little crazy, as you will see in subsequent posts. However, first things first. On November 21st, we went to a Justin McRoberts concert at Ebenezers Coffeehouse in Capital Hill with some of our wonderful new friends from our small group. If you've never heard
Justin McRoberts' music before, he is an independant Christian artist and Charlie and I think his music is awesome. His music is very honest and feels a lot more "real" than a great deal of Christian music that's released now. We saw him once before at Eastern and Charlie has seen him four or five times. Each time he sees Justin in concert, he says hello and Justin remembered Charlie at this show! I thought that was really cool that he actually remember his face. Well at least he said he did. :) If you want to hear something from Justin, one of my favorites is "At the Cross". But I couldn't find a video of that so this is another one of my favorites:
